If she really wanted you, she'd be with you.
If you have asked her out then that's surely enough of a sign that she knows u feel the same way. I mean, I would say maybe she's scared..maybe she's never dated a girl before? How old are you both?
I think explaining your true feelings towards her would be a good idea so she knows how much you want to be with her.
Then again, this would make u vulnerable and given she's already contradicting herself, you may not want to put your heart out on the line.
She also may just being fucking with you for fun. Sadly it happens and you can never trust what someone says.
I always like to remember in situations like these- Actions speak LOUDER than words.
So don't listen to what she says but watch what she does and this will give you your answer.
