sounds to me like if you keep going the way you're going you might end your friendship on a bad note. on the other hand, and i think this is more likely, you will end up together very soon, like within the next 2 months, and probably stay together for a relatively long time. sounds like he likes you, you obviously like him, and his gf is only there because you said no when he asked you out. oh, and its unlikely that these feelings will go away, especially if you see him all the time, and hes with another girl. it is quite a normal thing to happen, that best friends fall in love with each other. when a girl and a guy hang out a lot and discover that they have a lot in common, they usually end up together.
