I don't know what kind of a doctor you saw before, but they obviously have no knowledge of mental illness if they said that there's nothing wrong with you. You NEED to see a psychiatrist, asap!
Clearly, you have a very serious mental illness that needs immediate attention, especially if you are fearful that you will hurt yourself. It might be scary to go see a psychiatrist about this, but they will help. They will prescribe you medication that will get rid of these voices for you. Don't be ashamed, there are other people out there that hear voices. The ones that don't get help just keep getting worse and worse until they either hurt themselves or others. Please go to a psychiatrist!
