that sounds really bad. you should definitely get this checked out. it sounds like a very serious mental illness, I don't know why the doctor seemed to brush off the problem before but it definitely is not something typical or "normal". Definitely get this checked out because it sounds like its bothering you a lot and things could quickly spiral out of control
