But I actually don't like getting attention from men. Now if I had a relationship with a guy I would like half the power. But I would feel awful messing with a guys feelings a friend or not. I hate the feeling of even just leading a guy on just a little bit; which I never try too.

I've actually heard guys say that I'm a cock tease but they are normally the ones who think they are the best and just because I'm friendly doesn't mean I want them. It's tough not being friendly to people.
Also this isn't normal. There's reasons I dislike my own sex at times. This is a great example. All I'm thinking is poor guy right now. :( Actually poor guy(s).

Plus if me being friendly to that person makes them think that I want them they should ask. Also if we are friends why would I still want to be friends with someone who calls me a cock tease for being nice to them and not touchy feeling and flirty.

Everyone likes attention, especially if the attention is coming from someone who the individual cares about.
You shouldnt feel guilty about being nice to people at all.
At least you seem to have a conscience about not messing with someone's head either.
