I want to say it is normal for I know many women that have a desire to control a man through his emotions or lust or what have you.
Don't do it. Seriously. I dated my boss before marrying my husband and some men get -very- emotionally attached in relationships and he was one of those men. I did not get attached to him so we broke up and I was done with it, but every time I would talk to him I would keep it friendly and he interpreted that as me wanting him and he would pursue pursue pursue, and now when I see him I have to be very cold towards him and it is a bit uncomfortable to do that to someone that still feels pain over you rejecting them.
Don't do it, your boss may get the wrong idea. It is dishonerable to pursue a married woman or have feelings for a married woman and if his Momma raised him right, you're probably making him feel a great deal of shame for wanting you. For real. Stop it.
