I get this a lot, too, but only when I'm in a particularly social mood. I think the excitement of being around people and meeting new ones (for us extroverts) can sometimes make us happy to the point where we just seem... flirtatious!
Also I don't think mild, casual flirting is even bad. I "flirt" with married friends, acquaintances that have partners, etc. all the time. Not to the extent that I'm actually trying to attract them, but just in that I like to make sexual jokes, love smothering people with compliments, and like to make them smile.

I'm an introvert bit I think I just have done for so long since little even. It was never a problem other than people getting tge wrong idea.
