There are some extremely thin people that are into this life path. It may be dangerous and have heath threatening consequences but it is worth the risk for some. Takes all kinds to make a world. I've always been attracted to very thin women since I was young. I used to smoke until I got cancer. I knew the risks but I chose to ignore them. If being very thin is what you crave then dont deny who you are to please others. For many living a long life isnt what they want anyway.
