I'd say 59kg is a very nice weight.
Having your height, I would be comfortable with anything between 57kg and 63kg.
Please don't freak out and focus on recovering :).
Here's what helps me when I'm hungry or have cravings: Bananas, Ice Cream, and Milk. Bananas keep your stomach full, ice cream is tasty but fairly low on calories (compared to most sweets), and milk...well, it's not as empty as water :D
