Why are you dwelling on other people's habits and judging them for it? I'm not sure quite how to answer your question about accepting your own sexuality because you didn't talk about your own sexuality; you talked about how grotesque you find other people's choices.
You don't have to embrace bed-hopping yourself; plenty of people don't. But you also don't have to condemn others' choices. If you're always thinking about other people's love lives, that sounds like some kind of obsessive-compulsive behavior. It's not normal. Most people probably don't spare more than a fleeting thought for what other people are doing.
Try ignoring what other people do in their bedrooms. We are a bunch of shrieking monkeys with all kinds of carnal urges, but we're also sublimely thoughtful and creative creatures, too. Why are you only looking at one half of the equation? That seems pathologically misanthropic to me.
Is it normal that I'm disgusted by sexual behaviour of most people?
