    GET LIQUID VITAMIN D (2000 IUs or less)

    PUT 1 DROP OF IT ON TOP OR UNDER YOUR TOUNGE BEFORE GOING TO BED AT NIGHT. (only one drop! - the stuff can be powerful)

    CONTINUE THIS FOR 2 WEEKS.

    SEE IF THERE IS A DIFFERENCE WITH HOW YOU FEEL.
