I have the opposite problem. I am a night owl and daylight feels overwhelming to me. It probably doesn't help that I live in Las Vegas, Nevada with all the summer temperatures above 100 degrees and no humidity. When I lived in Fort Lauderdale I loved the balmy days and I spent lots of time by the pool or swimming laps. I thought how beautiful the days were and I never felt depressed; I even trained to join a local swim team. I didn't lay out by the pool with sun tan oil trying to catch a tan but I also didn't get sunburned. My skin just felt natural and healthy. Now in the summer my skin gets red and my face feels tight after a few minutes outside. I only live here because my folks retired here and I want to be near family because they are old. I feel for you. I hate being so sensitive to the climate and time of day. The way I see it Paradise would be a tropical island and hell and damnation would look like west Texas. No offense to anyone from Texas cause I'm originally from Houston and I love Texas I just hate the desert.
is it normal that i'm depressed every night and energetic in daylight?
