I often notice that when I am physically inactive for long periods of time (such as extended sessions on the computer...), parts of my body tend to get cold. Mostly my feet, my legs, my hands, and my arms. The farther away from my body that they are, the more likely they are to get cold.
Is it normal that I'm cold when it's 81 degrees out?
