I think this is normal. If it is 81 at night I'm assuming its alot hotter by day. Your body gets used to the hotter temps so a nightly temp drop even one that leaves it in the 80s by comparison feels chilly. This is also why when its in the low sixties in the spring I'm wearing shorts and a teeshirt hear in good old Maine USA. You can tell who ain't from here that time of year cause they are dressed like Eskimos looking at me funny. :) anyway feeling cold and hots about what your used to. Id love me some 81 degrees right now though...*sigh*
The fluctuation of temperature from day to night is actually negligible but the sun is strong. I used to be like you in New England, haha, in shorts in 60 degree weather - thinking it was the heat wave of the century, especially after the winters!
Is it normal that I'm cold when it's 81 degrees out?
