    Girls can still get prostate cancer . It is however more common in men .

      Maybe she has testicular cancer as well?

        You poeple tend to think women can not get but problems they can . It is just largely more Frequent in the male popullation as you noticed women have butts to but no they do not have Testi but they can get vaginal problems .
