    She is a girl, she doesn't have a prostate. It is a sign of other internal cancers too. OP go to the doctor asap.

      you do not have to be a man to have prostate issues . It is possible to have things like that in women just Very Very less common.

          You poeple tend to think women can not get but problems they can . It is just largely more Frequent in the male popullation as you noticed women have butts to but no they do not have Testi but they can get vaginal problems .
