Is it normal that i'm attracted to guys who stutter ?

i met this guy at a flea market. He was selling meteors, weird rocks, weird space stuff
He was super knowledgable and a bit shy. i would guess early 20s
He apologized for his stuttering before he spoke
He looked little odd like he might have a slight mental disability.

As soon as he started talking i was turned on. he was struggling over almost every word and i bought three rocks. Since that day I've been into guys that stutter.
Guys with obvious slight mental disabilities also turn me on.
I am 22 year old guy.
