    • I agree. Being lanky and weak (especially if you're a guy--women really don't dig that look in the opposite sex) isn't flattering.
Men with a naturally bad posture, or weak/lanky look, need to workout and improve the mass their chest muscles.
Not every guy can get Schwarzenegger big, but anybody can achieve a muscular/athletic look, if he just put's in a little effort.
Same with awkward men, if you put on a moderate amount of muscle, you'll be better off.
Women notice that kind of thing.
Basically, people just need to compensate their weaknesses by strengthening another attribute.

        • I'm not sure specifically what it was, but something I wrote seems to have hit on one of your insecurities.
Whatever it was, it's turned you into an uninhibited, raging mess.

          Your anger is almost palpable.

You seem vulnerable, so I'm not going to respond with malice or ill-intent.
Don't concern yourself, I'm not one to dwell on such a trivial matter
          Cheers.

      • Theres also a look its hard to describe um the hands in the pocket looking at the ground thing really unattractive. Thats more of a presentation thing I guess. I don't care all that much if a guy has a totally ripped bod but it doesn't hurt. I workout alot and I like guys that can at least keep up with me on the cardio stuff I don't expect to be able to outlift most guys even if they don't workout. I've lost alot of muscle mass that I had 5-6 years ago so I could still do alot of gymnastics stuff but not with the precision that I use to have it works out ok becos my job is physicly demanding for some people but its hardly work for me its mostly about trying not to show that I have a hangover lol.

        • I'm in agreement there.
The simple act of looking straight ahead and keeping your chin up is guaranteed to help make a positive impression (no matter who it is or where you're at).
It gives people the impression that you're confident and sure of yourself.
It also makes you look like you're not a victim--so people are less likely to try to swindle, strong-arm, or fuck with you on any given day.
But this behavior doesn't always come naturally, some people may have to make a concerted effort.

This is how I behave much of the time.
When I'm at the bus transit center (you're more likely to bump into rough/desperate-types there) I turn it up a few notches.
It's amazing how much a cold look in the eye and a lack of emotional display can do for you (if someone's unable to read you, they tend to steer clear)--I can't remember the last time someone asked me for cash.
