Its hard to find honest people in general. You really just need to let faith and timing lead you to the one you will be with. I am 20 and I have been in many unfulfilling relationships so I know how you feel. People abuse the word love and mix it with sex to get a whole bundle of false perceptions of their relationship. I say wait it out. there is no rush, you are young, and from the sounds of it you definitely sound like my type ;)
