  • I am like this on most days too! They key is what you eat as many others have suggested but also: what and how much you drink!
    Limit or, better yet, cut-out all the fizzies (presumming you drink any of course!) and make a goal to drink 7 glasses of water a day. Or an equivalent such as 3 glasses of juice, 1 cup of tea and 3 glasses of water!
    Try and cut down on milk and especially bread! Bread was my weakness... Oh God was it my weakness xD
