Is it normal that i'm always hungry?

Only a couple of hours after eating, regardless of what I eat, I'm hungry again, and my stomach already burns because of how much pepsin it already harbours. I don't eat fast food at all, and my shape is skinny to normal.

  • This isn't related to the original post but if you get full up really quickly, does that mean you have a slow metabolism?

  • People will try and tell you it's a problem but it's not it means you have a fast metabolism

  • I have this problem as well. I find low calorie foods that can help curb my hunger, though they only tend to work for a few months and then I have to find something else. The foods that have worked for me were vegetables, popcorn, tuna, and protein bars. I eat these in rotation so they can keep working. Perhaps you need to find the foods that will work for you?

    • Actually I tryed popcorn yesterday, and was surprised to see it really worked, I'm still full of it. Tuna and protein bars are not healthy on the long run, so I'll try to eat more vegetables. Thanks for the answer.

  • Let's trade. It takes me an abnormally long amount of time to digest meals.
