The deficiencies would explain your appearance as well as your state of mind. Iron deficiency and vitamin D deficiency are common. Get tested. Getting off dairy may also be helpful. Take magnesium supplements in the morning and calcium and vitamin D 2000 IU at night. Get out in the sunshine.
