It's normal. Depression doesn't always happen from situational causes, so having a "good life" money friends etc... doesn't always ward off depression. Sometimes depression is neurochemical, and no matter what positives you have going for you you'll still be depressed as a result of your neurotransmitters.
I'm really sorry to hear you're suffering from depression. It's very painful. Going to a therapist may be a good start in getting some help/treatment. *hugs* I have nuerochemical depression myself. It's not easy my friend. I'm doing pretty well with my treatment regiment of anti-depressants and therapy (drugs aren't for everyone, but they work really well on me... I totally feel like myself again, but others say they can't feel any emotions on the drugs... I feel them all and don't feel one bit drugged, but like I said everyone reacts differently and if you ever want to consider trying that route you'd need to see a psychiatrist).
Is it normal that I'm always depressed for no reason?
