it is normalish.. when you get paranoid something or someone is watching you. espically woman get this feeling Ive noticed. but in your case where you feel its nessiary to arm a weapon, you might want to go see a teropist. being alone after that may still be scary, but you might feel you no longer have to hold a weapon for your safety. good luck ;D
