Is it normal that i'm afraid of purple and orange ball point pens???

So one day I was at the mall and this random guy walked up to me and asked me if i would like to borrow his purple/orange ballpoint pen, i said no thank you. He got mad, threw a tantrum and ended up chasing me around the entire mall screaming "USE THE PEN!!!!" Is it normal that because of this I am afraid of purple and orange ballpoint pens??
