I have a extreme fear of heights. I don't like to be around ferris wheels and I can't even go to amusement parks anymore. If I'm in a wide open space and I look up at the sky, I'll feel queazy and start to loose my balance. My heart will start pounding. I went to Europe a few months ago. When I sat on the plane I was somewhat fine, but then I was realisation. They told us to buckle up and I had a panic attack. I yelling and cursing. Saying that I wanted to get off the plane and something about dying. They wouldn't let me get off!!! So, I took my anxiety pill and I was sky high.
Is it normal that I'm afraid of heights AND looking up at tall things?
