    In the wise words of Sheldon Cooper "Having a fear of heights is irrational, but having a fear of falling from them is a different story." Honestly this is a very common phobia. But personally, I'm not scared of heights, I'm scared of width.

    I don't know. I've never feared heights. I don't get the fear. Now, falling down several hundred feet is a different story, but just being at the top of a really high place is no problem.

    Yes such a distance it's mental i just cling on like that poo that doesn't want to fall and just stays there no mater how violently you shake to get rid of it.

    I had a more severe form of this.I was afraid of being at ground level, I spent many years in a basement, below ground.
