It's perfectly fine. One's sexuality doesn't determine who can make you feel safe. Example: You could be a straight guy (which you obviously aren't) but feel safer being beside a girl. You could be a homosexual guy and feel safer hugging a girl than being around any guys. You could be a straight girl but feel safer with girls. You could be a homosexual girl but feel safer being beside a guy (your case). It doesn't matter. And it could also possibly be like Whatever25 said. Or you could be completely bisexual or pansexual or whatever kind of sexual. Point being... IT'S NORMAL.
