For drumming, get a pair of sticks (I suggest 5As or Vic Firth SD1 Generals) and a practice pad, and start to learn drum rudiments. Eventually you can buy a snare drum or drum set and you can get pad covers for them so they don't make as much noise, or you can find yourself a teacher or practice space where you can play.
