Is it normal that I'm a happy go lucky guy but like depressing music

    I listen to a bunch of death metal and black metal, among much more negative music, while I'm a pretty positive guy myself (for the most part).

      i'm the same way. i love bands like black veil brides, blessthefall, etc. and i'm really cheerful all the time. but i'm a person who does alot of thinking about moral meanings and the like, so that may be a reason why i like them.
