It is normal in the way that you are adapting yourself to the environment that is a video game, if you want to get rid of it: When you think of sniping someone just don't make a fuss of it, and I mean in your head, don't panic, just discard it.
Also this happened to alot of the veterans in war.(I mean the real ones)
