If you see a guy you like, make a move. It's counter-intuitive, but it clearly displays your confidence and that'll make them more interested in you. Keep this in mind: Men don't like women who are coy. It's a turn-off and it feeds the 'Guys must approach women at all costs, not the other way around' unwritten rule. Join a club or find a new social circle, you're bound to find guys that you may like and vice-versa.
