i hate to give the stereotypical advice of 'all you need is confidence' but it helps.
try going to more social gatherings, and maybe even become the chaser (i know this is allot harder for a girl).
go to a club.. its easy to get a kiss there. however if you want a boyfriend. try making allot of guy friends (WHO ARE SINGLE DURRRR) good luck. you seem like a nice girl :)
