Take it from a college student, it's completely and acceptable that you haven't been kissed yet. The fact you are actually making it into something is basically putting it on the pedestal. Once it does happen, you will be ready. And in college, I guarantee you will get a lot of chances ;)
I was the same on the other side of the coin, I hadn't kissed and I was a dude. However, I found the right person that I felt comfortable around to do it with. I highly suggest you don't just kiss somebody cos they are anybody. Find someone you like, get into an intimate setting and go for it (I puckered up and made a kissing noise, but let her go in for the kiss). Ended up working great, she thought it was cute and solidified our relationship.
