    I think its normal yes, there are so many reasons why we haven't dated or kissed someone yet, we all have different rythms and experiences. I started dating very late because i was very shy in my teen years, and not all men are interested in me and vice versa. I live in a small town as well so meeting new people is very hard. xxx
