Is it normal that i love to hate?

I'm not a normally hateful person at all, but I tend to hold serious grudges against those who have seriously hurt me. The thing is, I absolutely and completely adore said grudges against these people. I love the burning hatred I feel when I think about them more than I can put into words, and I think the rush that comes with it is one of the best feelings ever. Again, I'm not normally a hateful person, and I never hate without very good reason. Is this normal?

    Well, this is not normal. Trust me, I feel the exact same way at times and I feel that if someone hurt me or something, they deserve what they get. I understand your feelings for this. My one teacher told me that holding a grudge is horrible for you and will destroy you. I trust him and I am learning not to hold grudges, no matter how hard they might be.
