I understand you. I voted "normal" only to express "I've seen a lot of it", for I know several people like you and I am somewhat similar. I'm a very sociable person, but only when I am up for people. If I'm not and I'm forced to socialize, I have the same feelings of annoyance as you. Try to sense when you're a little more expansive and use those moments to interact with family and friends, even if you don't really want to that much. They are important people for you, I assume. In being so, you'll want to keep the connection alive. That can only be done through interaction.
