Is it normal that i love the smell and taste of a hot water bottle?

Whenever I get a whiff of a hot water bottle, or any other rubber-made object (eg. plunger - very seldom do I lick a plunger), I go CRAZY over the smell and immediately have to chew it and/or lick it. I just cant help myself :( Is this normal?

No, i dont actually lick the plunger, but i do go crazy over the smell of it, being that its made of rubber and all.
