This is totally normal in an odd way. I have a history of long term thrill of anxiety that I had pretty good control of until freshmen year of college. Before, I loved the feeling of being on edge so i put myself in situations. Then in college I had a mental breakdown and because of the long term anxiety I had, I held into that because for some odd reason It was comforting . My anxiety grew and was hard to control. So ultimately just don't let it get out of hand. The on edge feeling is fun but you can get to the point where it exhausts your body.
