Well what people used to tell me is you can't change a persons feelings you can't tell them to do this or that. So you just have to deal with him for now.if you guys have been on and off for a while maybe its time to call it quits and move on to someone else. I'm a girl to trust me I know it's hard. But maybe you could sit down and talk with him about it? I don't know him so it's hard to tell you a straight answer.
