  • To begin with, this person who has been placed in a trust position, training other people is behaving completely irresponsibly. He is violating company policy and placing the company that he works for at risk. The two of you can be fired for your behavior.

    While I don't approve of your actions, people do cheat on there partners. But this guy is in a superior position to you in the work place, regardless of how incremental and you are in the now compromised position of needing his good assessment to satisfy the requirements of competence.

    Also, more people may have noticed your tete-a-tete behavior than you realize and your own admitted sex fueled compulsion can make you look like the temptress. One of the most powerful aspects of any new relationship is the ability of the two involved to mentally create a private space where none exists. "I only have eyes for you..."
