like everyone else is saying, it purely depends why. If you really care and feel sorry, are just curious and want to learn about the world around you, that's a good thing. Maybe you do it because you think you're a "mutated" person and know how they feel and feel bad about them; normal. But if you do it to make fun of them just to be cruel and mean, not so nice! To laugh at them to make you feel better about yourself, however, though many think it is not nice, you're doing it to feel better about yourself, which, yeah, it's a good thing, it's not like you're going up to their face or telling someone else or posting it on your facebook, correct? So it really depends how you take it. "if you do not have anything nice to say, don't say anythin at all" ties into this. Just think to yourself, and ask yourself if it is normal.
