I had a GF for a while who peed on my face while she was siting on my face and I was giving her oral. It surprised me!! I didn't mind it so much if I'd been prepared for it! My first thoughts were about our getting the pillow and sheets wet! So later I bought and we installed a rubber cover for the mattress. The occasion never presented itself again, though. I think she just needed to pee and didn't want to interupt our love making!
Oh, BTW, I can't pee with an erection. So I don't know how men are able to pee while having sex.
