Is it normal that i love attention?

I don't seek attention - just that when guys check me out then I really enjoy it. I'll wear short shorts and low v-necks because they're comfortable, but I also like it when people try to inadvertly look ... Hitting puberty relatively late, I've never much been considered "attractive" (flat-chested, acne) but now I wear D's and people (not just guys) say that I got a lot "hotter". Is it normal that I enjoy attention from guys staring at my chest/butt, or am I just a slut?

I think it's normal to enjoy appreciative looks from other people, but I'd argue that if you're wearing tiny clothes specifically to attract attention, it's disingenuous to say you don't seek it. Shorts that don't show the lowermost curve of your buttcheeks are no less comfortable than short shorts; they're arguably a lot more comfortable, especially if you sit on a leather seat or a hot metal park bench.

Wearing provocative clothes sometimes doesn't make you a "slut." It might make people assume things about you that aren't true, but it doesn't make you anything in particular. People do judge what you wear, though, and if you wear a shirt open down to your solar plexus at a job interview, you won't be taken seriously.

Another thing to keep in mind is that not everyone who's looking is necessarily going to be who you want looking. If you wear teeny booty shorts and a cropped top to the mall, the cute guy at the bookstore will look, but so will the sweaty, smelly perv who plays pocket pool in the store's history section. You don't get to choose who looks at you when you display a lot of skin. If you're okay with that, more power to you and wear what makes you happy, but don't get selectively mad at Mr. Perv when he leers.

My mom gave me great advice when I was younger: "Show off boobs or legs, but never both at once if you want people to take you seriously."

I often feel like someone is independant when I see a girl dressed like that, I mean not everyone can pull that out and feel comfortable

Everyone likes attention in some form or another. You have obviously been deprived of attention prior to puberty. However you really do need to look up the definition of the word 'Slut'

  • Yeah at my uni interviews and at DECA (a business competition I did recently) I wear appropriate clothing. My short shorts don't show that much, but leggings is different (although that's a different topic completely). I guess you're right - maybe I AM trying to attract attention, but its just that I like it.
Haha, your mom's advice is great! I'll try to keep that in mind.
    Thank you! :)

You have the attention of my cock. You should try writing for Literotica. You would be great. How about a blowjob for my advice!
