Is it normal that i love animals a lot more than i like humans?

i grew up with animals,and ive never been done wrong by them,and then i met humans more often,and started to see how people would scam you,try to ridicule you,try to make you work unfairly,be annoying,how hostility is sometimes the only answer with them,etc,and then i learned of history,and learned of the horrifying things some of us did.
and most animals would never express such evils (of course some do,like otters and what they do to seals etc,talking about the majority though),and of course,there are some amazing people out there,but on average,the average horse for example would be much more lovely to interact with compared to the average human,with people,one messed up handshake and the whole thing starts to be awkward
