The title is quite self explanatory but when it first happened I thought nothing of it, however as I've grown older I feel disgusted in myself.
Nothing to be disgusted about, it's so common as to be normal. That's the age I first had full sexual intercourse, ditto my daughter
Lots of people lose it at a young age my sister lost it at 13 and lots of my friends did before 16. Totally normal
Don't worry about it. It's totally normal for whores to lose their virginity at 13.
Your virginity will be gone one day and there is no going back. Be ready for that day and you will know when it is the right time and place. Sex is and should be fun and exciting and there is no looking back.
Well I suppose that depends whether it was consensual or not, if you gave consent for the act of intercourse at the time there should be no need to feel ashamed about it!
Nature wise, it's normal. Society wise, a century or two back it would be considered normal and somewhat manageable, but nowadays it's seen as too young due to pregnancy, working age, and all that.
Thing is, everyone develops their sexuality at a different rate. If more parents or schools provided the necessary sex education, teenagers would be more aware and responsible when they're ready to have sex, because nowadays life is complicated and we need to plan for our future as early as possible; having a child too early just makes life harder, and creates more dysfunctional families if the young parent(s) aren't getting the help they need.
