i dont think you gave enough information because what is she doing while this happens? is it literaly just DING 3 months up and u snap? OR does she do something every 3months and makes you rage? i think we need more information befor anyone can make a clear choice ... cause personaly iv swore at my wife , but that was after being swore at myself for hours. cause and effect....i dont swear unless im being swore at.
