Exactly the same. I always lose weight when stressed, and everything I eat feels like I'm chewing cardboard. I even put a post on here about it a few months back. I just have to force myself to eat as I don't want to get very underweight as I did before. Just try to eat high calorie foods little and often, as a big meal can seem impossible.
