It isn't healthy, to be so wrapped up inside your own mind. A person needs real friends and a real job, and real "adventures". Pretty soon, you are going to confuse real life, and the life that is only in your mind. I am concerned for your well being. Dispersonalization can take over your life, which it sounds like it already has. If you are missing school, and work, and would rather just live in your head, you need to get some help. What is it about your "real" life that is so bad that you don't want to actively participate in it?
I feel i have so much i could say, but i feel its frustrating having to type it all here. I just started googling this an 30 mins ago. I have the same thing but a variation perhaps. Am trying to get into reality. Its hard. I suffer. I don't understand. Autumn really got 'us'
Is it normal that I live in my head?
