    Haha, that's not too much at all. I listen to 7, 8 hours of the stuff a day- it hasn't done me any harm. As long as you don't be an a*s towards others and don't let your taste in music reflect your personality, you're fine. It also helps to deiversify your taste in music!

    For example, I'm a huge fan of bands like It Dies Today, Trivium, Avenged Sevenfold, Devildriver etc... but I also LOVE Calvin Harris, Paramore, All Time Low and others :)

    My point is... Listen to as much metal as you want. But keep in mind that there are other genres - try exploring them !

      ha ha Wolfyy you do NOT support metal you only listen to lame commerical music that sucks if you liked metal you would be telling me about Slayer,Megadeth,Death,Venom,Motorhead,Black Sabbath,Suffocation,Decapitated.

      and to the person who started this thread, do you even listen to metal or is it filled with shit like Slipknot,korn,Bring Me the Horizon.
